Our initiative has been a game changer, setting a new standard for how to work smarter in the creative sector. Metronome won the Inspirational Prize at the Danish TV industry’s Annual Gala in 2022, and Superpower has since, in various forms, been adopted by many production companies and broadcasters throughout the Nordic region.

Shaping a Healthy Email Culture
Email notifications are turned off — on both phone and laptop. No one is expected to check or respond to emails outside working hours. Internal emails can wait up to 24 hours for a reply.

Better Meetings — Our Framework
To make every meeting count, we follow these simple rules: Meetings are by default 25 or 45 minutes. Start on the hour or half-hour. Always with a clear agenda. Always with a moderator. Phones on flight mode, laptops closed.
